Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon
The issue in GetHuman-vvale's own words
I have been charged by Groupon for a coupon which I was not supposed to be charged for. I am shocked to find that Groupon has no phone number to be contacted on. I expected better from a reputable company. I would like my £** back please. I used Groupon to help me save money, not take money from me. To me, this is a considerable amount. I would like a response ASAP or I will be taking the matter further.
