Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-megsmile's own words
On ** March **** I bought a pass for Stone Mtn Park for $** thru Groupon. AFTER the purchase was made, the confirmation showed I'd used an AMEX card ending ****. It is NOT my card, no idea whose it is or how it got into the payment queue. The VISA cards on file had merely expired. PLEASE refund and reverse the charge to the Amex as soon as possible. During an online chat with customer support I was told my Groupon account had been de-activated. I hope to purchase the park pass (with a VISA CARD) while the offer is still valid. Thank you. M.
