First I have to say I have been a Groupon Customer for years and I absolutely hate that I can’t talk to anyone! I know we’re in the computer age but not everyone does all their business on line. Now instead of me getting to discuss my issue and getting it resolved I probably have to wait for a response which is a waste of the customers time.*So, I sent back a fit bit between *-* weeks ago and when I checked on it the site just says the return is being processed. Can you please tell me when the return will be finished so I can check on my Groupon Bucks? Thank you.**Marcia Gregory
