Hi there, **Hope all is well. I ordered tickets for an event for this weekend ******. I tried purchasing another ticket for what I thought was the same day but my phone had been glitching. Now I have a spare ticket for a day I do not plan on intending. Is there anyway I can be refunded? I am an avid Groupon customer and recommend the site to many friends and family.
