The issue in GetHuman-allie_ak's own words
Hi Groupon, my Groupon for New York and Hair is misadvertised and I would like a refund. I just left the salon, they advertise my Groupon for “single process color” but it isn’t in fact not, they said the single process will cover the top of your head but not the whole head (the definition of single process is whole head color) They said I could pay an additional $** for whole head. This is false advertising and disappointing.
GetHuman-allie_ak did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
