The issue in GetHuman-thecalvo's own words
We ordered the rattan garden furniture for the patio in Sept **** . Items were stored securely for the winter, however dur to the nice weather we decided to assemble the product . On opening said product some of the rattan strips are broken but most of all the glass for the dining table is in millions of shards . Help is needed please as outer packaging was damaged but never thought anymore of it been winter .
