Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-natereyn's own words
I purchased a cruise groupon, then got an email stating it was a failed transaction and did not go through. I repurchased the groupon. The next day I noticed I had * cruise groupons (even though the purchase said it had failed). I took the steps to refund, but it says refund takes *-** days to process. Please expedite this refund as I never wanted to purchase * in the first place, and it was an error on your end that * were purchased.
