To Whom It May Concern,*Hello I was on the process of purchasing my last groupon deal “BYOB Private Day Sailing” and I had a code for **% off “EXPLORE” and when inserting the code instead of clicking APPLY for my code to apply to my order, I clicked “confirm purchase” and my order went through without the discount so instead of being charged $*** with discount I was charged full price, $***. I was very confused and did a credit exchange within groupon, so I could repurchase the deal with the discount and now I wanted to know if I could a refund fron that remaining money, please? Let me know what can be done about it. I reall appreciate your help and time, thank you!
