Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I accidentally ordered * bamboo shoe racks and only received one but it says I recieved both. I would return the other but I don't have it I only have one. I'm not sure where the other went since it says they both got delivered to me.
