On January *nd I Ordered the Record digital subscription with * actually papers Thurs and Sunday. It wasn't until January *th I received confirmation e-mail. Jan **th paperarrived but thrown onto front of driveway. Called to request paper be delivered to doorstep and informed hold time would be ** minutes. Held on phone for ** minutes before reaching the Philippines paper. No apper delivered Sunday the **th. Sent e-mail request for delivery Monday received no reply, no paper. Called today and alerted hold time would be ** minutes. Tried online chat and was sent message indicating Monday and Tuesday were busy times to try again on Wednesday. No service, no paper - shameful. I want an immediate cancelation of the subscription and a refund to my Paypal account.
GetHuman-krystole did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
