Hi there,**My name is Winona Ramsaur, and I recently purchased a phone through Groupon, order number **********.**CREO Distributions LLC *Samsung Galaxy S* GSM Unlocked Refurbished A Grade **GB*Purchased: Jan *, *****Qty: **Status: Delivered*Note: Your order was delivered on Jan *, **** **The battery seems to be defective (losing it's charge right away and become very hot when just used for a minute) and need to return or exchange. I am having trouble finding all of the contact info for CREO, as well as any return instructions. **Also, do you know if I return it to the same address? Is there a phone number and*or email that you could give me for CREO? It feels strange to just put it in the mail with no instructions and no confirmation of their return policy. My understanding is that I can return the phone and get a full refund within ** days. Is that correct, and also is it ** days from the day I receive it?**Any info that you can give me to help with this return process would be much appreciate.**Thank you so very much,*Winona
