I want my to receive my $*.** for $**.** offer from Starbucks*Groupon. ... On January *, ****, I purchased with my Visa Credit Card a $*.** for $**.** offer from Starbucks through Groupon. I went through all the Groupon screens as directed and provided my Visa Credit Card number, my name, mailing address and email address. When I got to the last screen I was expecting to either receive an email for confirmation of payment with a bar code so I could take to Starbucks or be advised that I would receive a gift card through the mail. I received neither. Although I was charged for $*.**, which was posted to my credit card on January *, ****. Kindly address this matter and contact me as I would like to continue to be a customer of Groupon.
Please send me my purchase with a bar code or gift card to present to Starbucks as confirmation of my purchase through you.
