I have been trying to contact customer service for close to two months! Service has really gone down. Big fan for years, what happened to you guys??*******@***.com***. you sent me wrong headphones, sight says refunded but credit has never gone thru. how can i get my refund?**. Have fitbit i need to return, need mailing label and refund. I will use Amazon from now on, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT**HELP!
