I ordered a Paris comforter set and washing machine shock absorbers. I saw where I was charged twice and received none. Went to my order and see pending for days now. Today I got an email saying I’m being charged again or an order was regenerated and I’m charged a second time. The difficulty of speaking to a live person in a situation like this will cost your company customers. If I don’t have this solved by closing today I will contact my credit card company
