Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi, on Wednesday December *th i was trying to place an order for an oil change at Valvoline not realizing i had to place more money in my bank accout. I also got a rejection email say my card was declined so I just paid for the oil out of pocket. On Friday December *th the money was taken out of my account anyway for the oil change groupon without me placing another order for it. Please contact me because i would like a refund thank you
