I ordered a leather brown bag from Groupon *Thank you for your order (*****-******-******), placed on ** November ****.*I still haven't received my order and it's been more than * business days. *I've tracked the item and it's still saying processing where in the description of the offer, the item says dispatched immediately. *Can you tell me when I am going to expect this item as it's for a Christmas present?
