Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I wished to purchase two adult "royalty" and one child "royalty" pass to "Medieval Times." The tickets had to be purchased individually. I completed the purchase of one adult pass, but then it said that no other adult or child "royalty" passes were available. It was to be a Christmas present for my kids and grandson. I cannot use just one adult ticket, so I would appreciate a refund of the $**.** I paid for the one ticket. It was just purchased earlier today so must be canceled today, I believe.
