I ordered an item on November **. Groupon order page says it will ship * days after order date. It is still showing that it is being processed. It has said this for the past * days. I need to know why my order still hasn’t moved.
GetHuman-weandpea did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-weandpea fixed the problem
Right after I posted my issue, igotan email from Groupon showing that my item had been shipped. I doubt this was due to my request as the package had been shipped the day before. Groupon needs to improve their system. It was still showing it was processing, when it had been in transit for * days.
Please help with my Groupon issue
