I ordered a pair of shoes with a free belt on November **. I paid $*.** for Express “* day” shipping. It is now Wednesday evening at **:** pm eastern standard time December *th, * business days after I ordered, and I do not have my product. It says that it shipped today, December *. When in reality according to * day shipping it should have arrived today, but it is in Albuquerque, NM. I am needing this product for an event on Friday and now it says that I will not receive them until the day of. Why even pay for “Express Delivery” when there is nothing express about it? Please contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter.
