First I ordered * tickets for a performance at the Mark Taper Forum for December *th (cost $** total). I received tickets for November **th instead. The performance had already passed by the time I saw the mistake. Just now I tried again to order tickets, this time for December *th being very careful to mark the correct date. But again the tickets came for the wrong date, December *th. I want a refund for the first set of tickets I was unable to use ($**). And I want to receive * corrected tickets for the December *th performance which I have already paid for.
GetHuman-jmazatl did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
