Hello, I purchased * groupons for Hempz lotion. Both orders were paid for (**.** each) but only one order was processed And received. I would like to know how I can fix my order, or be refunded for my order. I also have my Groupon account linked to an email address that is no longer active and I am having trouble getting in contact with someone about changing it.
