Hello,*I have been trying to contact you for a couple of days. I placed an order with you on Nov **. When I tried to put in my credit card, your website said "unable to process" I then put the order in again and paid with my other credit card. I checked my bank and the order was taken out of both my credit cards. I now have duplicates of everything I ordered. I tried to do a return from your website but I keep getting a message saying "temporarily unavailable" for days. I would like to return the doubles and be refunded. Please help me with this.
