On Nov ** I placed two orders for flannel sheet about * minutes appart. The seconed order ********* was recieved today with a Fed Ex tracking * of ***************. My first order number ********* strangely has the same fed ex tracking * ***************. Witch fed ex says is impossible. When I track they both show the same number and when I checked with the post office their tracking *********************** shows only one package. Your order * ********** as being delivered. Your tracking shows they were both delivered at *:** pm, only the single was delivered.*Witch I confirmed with the post office. Fed ex gave me the post office tracking number I used to call post office. They confirm that they only recieved * package. So it looks like some one messed up and did not ship my order for the queen flannel set. Naturally I would like my flannel sheets or a refund. Fed ex assures me there are no other packages in route. Please help me. I know this is confusing so feel free to call me at *** *** ****. I have been a loyal customer for years. It has beenfrustrating not to be able to talk to a real humam!*Richard Nutter
