Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon voucher on * August for a two-course meal for two at the restaurant La Parisienne in Southwell (Groupon code: VS-S**L-*N*K-*P*H-*K**. Security code: B*****E*FB). I made a booking on your website for Monday ** November. On the morning of that day I received notice from you and an email from the restaurant that it would not be opening 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. I do not live locally and it has proved impossible to get a response from the restaurant by either phone or email, and it appears from your website that alternative dates are not available. Therefore I would appreciate a refund of the purchase price. Thank you.
