Hi there!**I purchased a Groupon for a ** minute massage at Plum Salon and Spa in Lancaster, PA. They called two days ago to confirm my appointment which was to be today at *pm. When I showed up to the spa, a notice was posted on the door that they are permanently closed. No one attempted to reach me, and I have already paid for my Groupon voucher. I am extremely irritated that I was not notified, and am hoping Groupon’s customer service team will be able to assist and refund me.**Thanks so much,*Madison
