I have ordered a mattress, order id **********, item number **********, *ft wavy memory foam mattress.*Having received this mattress and unpacked, we have discovered that it is not a memory foam mattress. The description on the website is nothing like the product received. The memory foam is non-existent and you can feel the springs through the fabric. We are very disappointed. I need to return this and be refunded. How can I fold it to put back in the box and get it collected?
