Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I ordered a diamond and pearl necklace on *******, priced at £**.**. I received a bangle instead with no letter of explanation. I wish to return it and have a refund. The instructions to return look simple but they do not work. There is nowhere 'to click to return' on the page, therefore I cannot print off a prepaid label. I would have preferred to have spoken to someone but have rung several numbers to reach someone all to no avail. This is the second time I have dealt with Groupon and needed to return it, but have had great difficulty in doing so. Definitely not a good advert for your company and very disappointed.
