I purchased a **-minute couples massage on Groupon for Elevate Wellness Lexington, here in Lexington, KY, order **********. I haven’t used it or ever had an appointment there but it’s showing that my Groupon was used on June **th which it shouldn’t since I never redeemed it. I would either like a refund or for it to not show as redeemed.
