I’ve been emailing the customer service email but no respond. To this is my fourth time having to email about this one problem. I had purchased a group on on September ** for the jet ski deal. Before purchasing the $** deal of two for ** minutes ride, I called the company and they text me all the information that I needed to know. Once they told me that I purchased the deal. I called back and there was no answer. So the place texted me saying that there was extra fees now. I no longer wanted to do the deal since they were unclear about the prices. I very much would like a refund for this since this is taking forever!! Thanks.
