Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

My family purchased * Groupons for a total of ** people to ride horses at pot a gold Branson, MO. One hour before the ride was supposed to take place pot a gold contacted us and canceled the ride stating weather issues. It is not raining nor is it expect to rain until after the ride would have concluded. When I asked for a refund they stated that Groupon would refund us, but I don’t see an area how to ask you for a refund. Also it looks like pot a gold has redeemed all * vouchers and has marked it as if we had taken the ride. *Alicia Lee
