I am having a bad experience and I need to contack someone. I have only received * items, but when tracking the packages it says some have been delivered and some are in route. Also I have a trade? I was suppose to use in ** hours. I attempted to cancel these items immediately after orderin them but the phone lines were closed. I talked to an agent the following morning and he said I could have cancelled through chat. I am confused and my checking account has been compromised.
