Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jeconom's own words
I have just ordered a bed and mattress from Groupon order number (****-******-******) and paid £*** via PayPal.*The order has been accepted but the email confirmation has my old address (we moved home on the **th August). Groupon still had this listed as my address. *PayPal has the new address listed.*The courier driver will have a wasted journey unless it can be changed at this early stage of the order.
