On Sept. ** After the order amount for ****-******-****** for $**.** was deducted from my account three different charges of $**.** appeared from Groupon stating pre-authorization. Please explain why these charges are on my card after the total for the purchase was cleared and deducted. I’ve made no other Groupon purchase. My name is Lori Ward.
