I just want to register my dissatisfaction with the courier Yodel employed by you. Twice now I have had parcels mis -delivered. The first time we had to chase around*And eventually found it at a farm up the road,and today a lady from a cottage at the top at the hill where we live delivered my current order which had been left with her.*This leads me to rethink my dealings with Group on,as previously I didn't get much help when the parcel went astray,the attitude read I felt that "it's your problem".
