The issue in GetHuman-lancefi's own words
I placed an order for a custom-designed Mother’s Day t-shirt for $*.**. Order no. LG-HLMV-LLB*-ZCZW-GWKK. I find it difficult to get the right t-shirt ordered. I was led to their website and to do a search. On Groupon I saw the shirt I like and now I have to search for it on their company website. However it is now “redeemed” even though I have not placed an order. I find it frustrating trying to do it correctly.
GetHuman-lancefi did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
