Help with my Groupon issue

I purchased a voucher for a Photo blanket (collage.com) and paid **** so when I went to go pay for the actual blanket and apply my voucher I ended up paying another $** but I thought that the using voucher would make the blanket only **.** (which was already paid) and I would have to pay Shipping or whatever other fees that come with the blanket from the collage website but instead I found that I paid both **.** and another $** when I really only expected to pay the **.*** shipping fees Which was the reason why I even Bought the voucher from Groupon in the first place.
GetHuman1037334 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
