Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased tickets for lake compounce this morning and my order processed twice. I immediately asked for a refund on one of the orders but now I am unsure if that cancelled order is still in my orders. I don’t want to print out the wrong order that was cancelled. I recieved a confirmation email for the refund but unsure which order was cancelled. I have yet to see a processing fee refunded to my account and I know I have until the end of the day for the refund. My name is Quashondra Thomas and the order was made at **am
