I purchased a mani*pedi package in hopes of using it for a special occasion last month. When I initially called the lady was out of town for * weeks and I couldnt use it. I thought “Well, it happens maybe I could use it for another event in early September...” So I call today, and she cant do any appointments after *pm because its * hour thing and they close at *. I cannot get pff early enough to make any of the appointments. Great. The fine print says **-*pm and is misleading. It doesnt say lasT appointment at * pm. I would please like a refund on this order. I will say- I love Groupon and have never had an issue or felt misled until now. Thank you for your time!
