Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-wallerwe's own words
We went to the four points Sheraton NY they told us it was the Sheraton four points in Canada driven to the Canadian side went to Sheraton four points they told us it was the Sheraton on the Falls so we drive there they said no it is the Sheraton on the Falls in NY. We were told it was never booked and they have no rooms available. Please refund our Groupon as we will not be coming back to Niagara Falls any time soon.
