Help with my Groupon issue

I amwriting this for the third time and I get no response. I wanted to cancel one of three iteams I odered and Nicole cancelled all three. I was able to order one of the cancelled items, but the one for storage bowls was not available, although I ordered them immediately when I realized they were cancelled. Is anyone there to get back to me? This is ridiculous! No human on a phone and now no response from this chat option.
GetHuman1028090 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
