Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello, basically I had a company cancell my order that I used through Groupon but didn’t cancell the order on Groupon bc the voucher was already viewed. If the company cancels my order how would Groupon know to refund me? Also I bought the Groupon again to reschedule thinking my Groupon from the original purchase was back in my account but it wasn’t. Please only cancell the order that says not redeemed because I am keeping the redeemed one. Please help ASAP thank you
