The issue in GetHuman-suhlle's own words
I purchase an air conditioner because mine has stopped working. I didn't realize, however, that it could take between up to ** days for the AC to arrive. I honestly can't wait that long with the summer heat. The item has not posted to my AmEx yet* nor has the order been processed. Yet, I'm unable to cancel. This seems crazy. I also cannot reach anyone by phone, and Groupon's live chat service is off.
GetHuman-suhlle did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
