Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I had selected this Groupon yesterday on my smart phone but I didnt see a confirm on it and when I checked my vouchers yesterday I didn't see the Groupon as purchased so today I went ahead and purchased a Groupon approriate to what was intended . When I went to check my vouchers I saw the Groupon I had initiated yesterday as purchased. I didnt see it yesterday in my vouchers. I would like a refund for the voucher which I was charged for yesterday.
GetHuman-ssoler did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
