I need to cancel my order as soon as possible today. Yesterday I was told my order did not go thru , since there were only a few days this month available for the helicopter tour and my birthday gift to my husband, I booked straight to the company. A few hours later I recieved a email saying that I booked an order from Groupon. I had called Viator and was told it probably didn’t go thru. I called my credit card company and was told an attempt was made but zero amount by groupon. I am within ** hours since trying to book this activity.
GetHuman844523 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
