I cannot use the tickets I bought because it did not show the address until after I bought them!

I ordered tickets for a waterpark but did not find out until after I paid for them they where for a waterpark in AZ and not the one in MO. I would like to get a refund if I can since I will never make it to the waterpark in AZ.
I am ** and only make * bucks an hour and can only work over the summer months and I’m not happy to lose out on almost * hours of pay for tickets I cannot use!
I would like a refund. I tried to cancel the order but nothing happened. Per your all policy I could try to cancel within * days but again it would work.
