Instead, GetHuman-gtbuzz will need to dig through the advice provided by Groupon, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-gtbuzz's own words
On June **, ****, I ordered * dresses. Order *****-******-******. They were too small so I returned all * dresses. Per your instructions, since they were ordered together, I only generated * return mailing label. I was only refunded $**.** instead of the total for the * dresses I returned, $**.**. “My Groupon” shows I still have * of the dresses that have been returned. Please refund me the remainder I am due by crediting my VISA.
GetHuman-gtbuzz did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
