Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

The order said processing for more that * hours and then one ticket said re-buy. I am not sure but please issue a full refund for both Rainbow Ryder Hot Air Balloon tickets. I booked directly with the company. They only had limited spacing and I had to book this tonight. Because Groupon never emailed me the code I had to pay them directly. Also, please remove all of my credit card information from your system once the refund is processed back to my credit card.**Thanks,*Pam
