Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
My phone inadvertently placed this order. I guess I had my phone open to Groupon while in my pocketbook. This order was placed in error! Please cancel order ***********
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

Once I received a thanks for purchasing email....i realized that had purchased something in error from Groupon. When I looked over my receipt...i noticed...you have a two hour window yo cancel...so I did. I was not sure if it went through because I didn't get a receip*email..t indicating
