I have a charge on my MasterCard that I did not make or authorize. How in heavens name do I get this removed without having to jump through all these loopholes. What ever happened to human customer service people that can be spoken to for resolving issues in moments instead of hours with no resolution?
GetHuman819598 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
