Ordered a zoo pass and went to fill out the membership form and my groupon said redeemed even though i did not redeem it. I contacted customer support and they said on Saturday it would take * business days for them to contact the merchant to confirm i did not redeem it. I still have not heard from anyone and i have emailed multiple times about this. I am so beyond angry amd frustrated with Groupon. Now i am out $*** and i still do not have what i purchased. So pissed off.
